• A broadband Internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 800 kbps or higher is needed for Wigan TV. If you have an Internet connection speed of 3 Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy Wigan TV at its highest video quality.

• Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 1GB of memory
• One of the following operating systems: Windows 7, Windows XP SP2 or greater and Windows Vista
