How do I get access to Wigan TV?

Wigan TV is accessed through the Internet. All you need is an Internet enabled PC, Mac, Tablet or Smart Phone. We make sure you can view all the HD content on all devices.

How to I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription just login to Wigan TV using your Email address and Password, then click on My Account and simply click the Cancel Subscription Button. Your subscription will continue for the period you have already paid for and will then cease at the end of this billing cycle. If you have any further issues with this, just email tv@wiganwarriors.com and we would be happy to help. These should be your first ports of call as office staff are unable to access the secure subscription tools required to manually cancel a subscription.

What is the auto-renew policy of Wigan TV?

For Wigan TV your subscription will automatically renew giving subscribers the benefit of not having to worry about signing up for Wigan TV again and again. Your subscription will automatically renew in advance of the start of the next billing cycle so that you can enjoy uninterrupted access to Wigan TV. You may opt out of auto-renewal billing at any time by cancelling your subscription. When you cancel your subscription it will continue for the period you have already paid for and will then cease at the end of this billing cycle.

What does “Login failed. Please try again” mean?

This means either your Email address or Password is incorrect. Make sure you are trying to login with the same email address you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, simply generate another by using the forgotten password feature.
